ABC/BOSS™ is the inventory control, LBD accounting and data communications system around which we built our company.  We continue to enhance it and today, more than a decade after CDS’s founding, it is still our flagship product.

Fully integrated with customizable general ledger, accounts payable and payroll modules , ABC/BOSS™ is installed in the general offices of more local ABC boards in North Carolina than all alternative solutions combined.

ABC/BOSS™ is available in both stand-alone and multi-user versions and its various modules are fully integrated with one another.   Designed from the ground up with ABC boards in mind, ABC/BOSS™ performs those accounting and inventory control tasks that are unique to an ABC environment.

Available features include the payroll module’s state retirement reporting capabilities and the inventory control module’s automated calculation of state-mandated inventory and tax reports and generation of an “electronic” NABCA report.

Because it is interfaced to NXgen POSSix™ through the Data Communications module, we have been able to leverage the powers of ABC/BOSS™ dramatically.  As a matter of fact, we designed NXgen POSSix™ from scratch as a natural extension of the ABC/BOSS™ suite.

Thanks to the concept of tight integration, our customers are able to collect, process and seamlessly transfer data between their office and stores in an automated process that was hardly imaginable a few short years ago.
